Our Treatment Approach

Our treatment approach is a holistic, evidence-based model that takes into consideration social, cultural and genetic influences along with one’s trauma history, core beliefs and spiritual practices.

Our collective experience has taught us that the journey towards mental wellness isn’t “a one-size fits all” affair and that a variety of approach is often required in the journey towards mental wellness.

Along with medications and therapy, we also encourage our clients to  explore other forms of therapies, from massage to mindfulness practices, yoga, healthy diet, exercise, spirituality, community and play.
